Wolf
After a big part of Western Europe systematically wiped out its wolf population in the past, these remarkable animals are now coming back to reclaim their former territories. The documentary follows the story of a German born wolf cub which starts exploring new habitats and arrives in the Netherlands. This extraordinary journey proves how important it is to give nature enough space to develop.

Admission is free with a valid reservation*.

Q&A with Barbara & Christoph Promberger
Barbara and Christoph Promberger came to Romania in the early 1990's, following the wolves' footsteps. They fell in love with the wild nature of our country and they remained here, where together with a passionate team, they created Conservation Carpathia Foundation. Following the documentary, we will discuss the ongoing efforts of the foundation to preserve the wildlife and the forests, in a project that aims to transform the Făgăraș Mountains into a national park. We will also talk about the results of a study on wolves initiated by the foundation.

Mediterranean - life under siege
The Mediterranean is mainly a holiday destination for many people, but under the waves or on the beaches there are residents that have to live in an increasingly anthropic world. This documentary shows us how resilient wildlife can be and how it manages to develop in this place considered to be the birthplace of civilization.
The documentary won the Best Series Award at Wildscreen, one of the world's greatest documentary film festivals.

Admission is free with a valid reservation*.

Our guest for this Q&A session is WWF Romania's water programme coordinator, and together we will discuss the importance of water in everything we do and how we can protect biodiversity and aquatic ecosystems, or help restore them.
