Nature's Architects
Ce ar putea avea în comun un zimbru și un castor? Deși sunt două specii complet diferite ca înfățișare, au în comun un lucru remarcabil: creează habitate care susțin apariția și dezvoltarea altor specii de animale și plante. Zimbrul și castorul au dispărut din România în urmă cu peste 200 de ani, iar în prezent se depun eforturi considerabile pentru reintroducerea lor înapoi în sălbăticie. Acest film spune povestea celor doi arhitecți ai naturii și vorbește despre numeroasele conexiuni dintre aceste animale, mediul în care trăiesc și beneficiile pentru oameni.
What could the bison and the beaver have in common? Although they are two completely different species in appearance, they have one remarkable thing in common: they create habitats that support the emergence and development of other animal and plant species. The bison and the beaver disappeared from Romania more than 200 years ago, and considerable efforts are now being made to reintroduce them back into the wild. This film tells the story of these two nature architects and talks about the many connections between these animals, their environment and the benefits to humans.
